Location: Wengen, Bernese Oberland
Enjoy a summer holiday in Switzerland. A cosy, traditional Swiss mountain resort, Wengen is situated on a sunny plateau in a wonderful location enjoying some of the best views in the Alps. This car-free village consists of mostly traditional wood chalets with just a few larger hotels and is a friendly place, popular with British tourists who return year after year. 4* Hotel Sunstar This excellent traditional hotel is situated only 1 minute from the mountain railway on the main village street in the centre of Wengen. The hotel has an indoor pool, sauna and solarium (supplement payable), comfortable lounge with live music, cosy bar, unsupervised childrens playroom, a-la-carte rastaurant, lift and a weekly activity programme. The rooms have bath and shower, WC, hairdryer, cable/ satellite TV, radio, telephone, free minibar, safe and balcony. Standard rooms face north while superior rooms have a south-facing valley view.
