Location: Arosa, Graubünden
Arosa lies in the eastern canton of Graubuenden (Grisons), surrounded by the impressive scenery of the Alps and without any through traffic. Due to its location Arosa enjoys a generous amount of sunshine and has been a popular alpine resort since 1877. Every overnight guest receives the ‘Arosa Card’ which allows free use of the cable cars, local bus, pedalo rental, centrance to the local beach, ice skating and much more. Arosa is also home to a multimedia water show (3 evenings a week) with 1,000 water jetx, 200 floodlights and 30 loudspeakers on Lake Ober. On top of the surrounding mountains enjoy hiking, walking, Nordic walking, rambling or mountain biking – don’t forget it is free to get to the top with the Arosa Card.

4* Sunstar Park The attractive 4-star hotel is set in its own grounds only a short distance from the centre and with views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Untersee. The hotel has a comfortable lounge, cosy bar with live music, large wellness complex (supplement payable) indoor pool and sauna, indoor tennis and badminton courts, restauraunt, lift and a weekly activity programme. Each room has a bath and shower, WC, hairdryer, cable/ satellite TV, radio, telephone, minibar (drinks from the minibar are free of charge) and a safe.
3* Hotel Arve Central This charming, family-run hotel is situated right in the centre of Arosa, close to the main street, where most of the restauraunts and bars are located. The hotel is furnished in chalet-style throughout, with a cosy bar, lounge, à-la-carte restauraunt, sauna and solarium (supp) and a lift. All 45 rooms come with a bath or shower, wc, hairdryer, radio, telephone and cable-TV. Superior rooms are south facing with a balcony.
