Combine three of the most attractive regions in Switzerland in one exciting rail holiday on the Golden Pass Panoramic Express. Programme

Day 1: Arrival
Flight from the UK to Zürich and rail transfer to Lucerne. Overnight in Lucerne.
Day 2: Lucerne - free day
Explore the historic centre of Lucerne with its beautiful painted facades or take advantage of the included Half Fare Card and opt for a visit to the top of Mount Pilatus or Mount Rigi for wonderful views of Lake Lucerne. 
Day 3: Over the Brünig Pass
Golden Pass Panoramic journey over the Brünig Pass to Interlaken. Overnight in Interlaken.
Day 4 Interlaken - free day
Make use of your Half Fare Card and enjoy for example a trip to the Schilthorn or the Jungfraujoch.
Day 5: Golden Pass Panoramic to Montreux
Enjoy the journey from Interlaken via Zweisimmen and Gstaad to Montreux on the Golden Pass with breathtaking views of Lake Geneva. Overnight in Montreux.

Day 6:

 Departure
Train transfer to Geneva and flight back to the UK.

You will be accommodated in centrally located 3* or 4* hotels, within easy walking distance to the railway station and amenities, depending on availability at time of booking.

Price includes:
Flights, airport taxes, carbon offset contribution (see climate care), train transfers as per programme in 2nd class, Half Fare Card, Golden Pass seat reservation (Interlaken - Montreux), accommodation in 3* hotels sharing twin/double room & breakfast.

Optional Extras:
  • 1st class upgrade £26
  • Upgrade to 4* accommodation: £120 per adult for 5 nights
  • Add extra nights at any of the resorts
  • Add on a ski break at the beginning or end
